Space for Interaction and cultural exchange on Hongo campus

1.　About Center for Global Education (GlobE) Space

-Open Hours: Weekdays 9:30-17:00 (except when not available due to university programs, etc.)
-Notes on use of GlobE Space:　Please keep the space clean when eating and drinking there.

Reservations are required except for general use.


［2］Multipurpose Room: Not available for general use. Reservation necessary.

・Within 4 hours from 9:30 to 17:00 on weekdays. (Except for Saturday, Sunday, National holidays, New Year holidays, and school holidays.)

To borrow an item below, please apply at International Activities Support Team, International Education Promotion Group located in GlobE. (Student/Faculty/Staff ID necessary)

・Type-C/HDMI conversion adapter (HDMI/USB/USB-C)  (#1・＃2)

 
3.　How to book a space
-Application can be made from one month prior to the requested date of use.
-Please check the availability of the spaces by sending an email to the International Education Promotion Group.
-Read carefully “Regarding the Use of Center for Global Education (GlobE) Space”[PDF] before you apply.
-Apply through the online form.
-It takes approximately 5-10 business days until you receive the screening result.
