Food for Change: The Story of Alice Waters (66 min; primarily in English and Japanese, with Japanese subtitles) explores the “delicious revolution” envisioned by Alice Waters—owner of a famously hard-to-book restaurant and pioneer of the edible schoolyard movement. Only drinks with lids may be brought into the venue.
A short optional discussion is planned after each screening. Please join us if your schedule allows!
