Drawing on the latest cases from Europe, including France and the UK, this session explores the future of work in harmony with technology. We will examine the shift toward “human-centric autonomy” driven by AI, alongside the adoption of hybrid work and three-day workweek trials. Based on insights from experts like Professor Lynda Gratton, the discussion will highlight the importance of multi-generational collaboration, skill-based hiring, and systems centered on well-being. By analyzing these experimental approaches, we seek clues for the future of work and sustainable organizational models in Japan.
