The Alumni Lounge is a complimentary space for alumni located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Ito International Research Center.
We invite you to use it for small group gatherings, networking, and individual desk work.
Eligibility:
TFT registrants only. For group use, the representative must be a TFT registrant.
※If you are not yet registered wiht TFT,please register using the link below.
Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
※Eating and drinking are not permitted.
▷Please note that seating may not be available when both floors are at full capacity. Thank you for your understanding.
▷ Wi-Fi is available.
(The password will be provided at the reception desk when you check in.)
1. Please complete the required information on the User Registration Form at the reception desk on the 1st floor of the Ito International Research Center.
2. You will be issued an ID holder.
(Wi-Fi information is provided on the reverse side.)
3. Please return the ID holder when you leave.
-FoodFood and beverages are not permitted on the 3rd floor.
-Please take all trash with you when you leave.
Important Notes for Users :
-Users are required to comply with all rules and regulations of the Ito International Research Center.
-Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other users, including mobile phone use, sleeping, and excessive noise.
-The Alumni Lounge is a shared space with organizations conducting educational and research activities at the Ito International Research Center.
Please be aware that members of these organizations may also use the space.
